Natural Mother of Vinegar


Perfect for making wine vinegar at home!
Easy to use!

Important to take the sulfates out of the wine before starting. Can be done in one of two ways:
1. Stir the wine continually for 30 mins. (This is not always effective)
2. Add hydrogen peroxide to the wine. (Yes this is safe!)

Can take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to fully have vinegar.

Best to store vinegar in glass, stainless steel, wood or food grade plastic.
If stored in the wrong material the vinegar can corrode it and impact the taste.

Can make up to one quart of vinegar!
