Turnaround
Please allow 5-7 business days to process and ship your order.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Large items will be charged freight. This is determined by the size and weight of your items and prices may vary. There will be an additional charge for wooden crates or pallets.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be in its original unused/unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days from the arrival of your purchase.
You can also return in person to the store directly.
You must have a receipt for both forms of return.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Restocking Fee
If items are opened you are then subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges
Contact us right away if an exchange needs to be made.
You will have up to 14 days to make said exchange.
Receipt must be present at time of exchange.

Damages
Please give us a call within 24 hours with proof (pictures) if there are any damages or discrepancies.
Deny the package at the time of the delivery.
The driver will have to sign the bill at the time of delivery to verify the damages or discrepancies.

Curbside
Curbside pick up is available!
You have 5 business days to pick up your order.
We are open Monday- Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-2!
Please bring a copy of your receipt to ensure you get the right order!
Please let us know if there are any special arrangements that need to be made.
